Metamorphosis of the Soul was born during one of the most challenging periods of my life. After an injury that limited the use of my dominant hand, I was forced to adapt my creative process and continue painting from an entirely new perspective. What initially seemed like an obstacle became an opportunity to discover an inner strength I never knew I possessed.

The central figure, seamlessly merged with butterfly wings, symbolizes the soul's ability to transform through adversity. It represents the power to turn pain into wisdom, challenges into growth, and obstacles into new possibilities.

The thorns woven throughout the composition symbolize the trials, struggles, and difficult experiences we encounter on life's journey. Rather than representing defeat, they reflect the process of growth that strengthens us and inspires us to evolve.

Every color, texture, and symbol tells a story of healing, hope, and renewal. The butterfly represents inner freedom and our ability to reinvent ourselves, while the cosmic elements evoke the connection between the inner self, faith, and the expansion of consciousness.

Created with acrylic paint, textured mixed media, protective varnish, and epoxy resin on canvas, the artwork offers a rich visual and tactile experience. Under ultraviolet (UV) light, it reveals a hidden dimension filled with energy, movement, and color, transforming the viewer's experience and unveiling an entirely new layer of the piece.

Metamorphosis of the Soul celebrates the resilience of the human spirit and the beauty that emerges when we choose to move forward with faith, love, and hope. It serves as a reminder that even after life's most difficult moments, there is always the possibility to spread our wings and be reborn.
